فهرست هزينه ها و فعاليت هاي مربوط به آن بطور دقيق در نظر گرفته نشده است. هر طرحي منحصر بفرد است و مي تواند شامل فعاليت ها يا عوامل هزينه اي باشد كه كه در اينجا نشان داده نشده است

 فهرستي كه ارائه شده است صرفاً بعنوان راهنمايي براي تخمين هزينه ها و مديران طرح هاست كه به منظور پيش زمينه اي جهت مشخص كردن سرمايه كلي حمل و نقل در  طرح هايساختمانيBC در  وزارت راه و ترابري و زير ساخت ها ارائه شده است

The list is intended to provide guidance to cost estimators and project managers as the primary areas to consider and quantify for a typical capital transportation construction project in the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

اينها  هزينه راهبري كل پروژه مي باشند كه شامل تمام  هزينه هاي مديريتي و سرپرستي هم در وزارات و هم هر نوع مشاوره هاي مديريتي در مديريت پروژه از طريق چرخه كاري پروژه را در بر مي گيرد .

This is the cost to manage the overall project. It includes all administration and management costs of both the Ministry and any consultants involved in managing the project throughout the project lifecycle. It also includes legal, insurance, and communication costs associated with the overall management of the project.

حقوقي ( شوراي حقوقي و هزينه ها )

 Legal (legal counsel and expenses)

بيمه ( حق بيمه پروژه و هزينه هاي وابسته به آن )

 Insurance (project insurance premiums and associated costs)

هزينه هاي  روابط عمومي و ارتباطات ( مهماني هاي آزاد ، ديدارهاي اطلاعاتي – انتشار اخبار – چاپ بروشور ها و انتشارات ، افتتاح مراسم كه در پروژه هاي بزرگتر مي تواند شامل دفاتر اطلاعاتي و طرح هاي اطلاعاتي ترافيكي براي راننده خودروها باشد )  

 communications and public relations costs (open houses, information meetings, news releases, publications and brochures, opening ceremonies - larger projects may also include information offices and traffic information plans for motorists)
